The following devotional goes right along with this so I wanted to share it with you.
When Christ Comes
Abide in Him, that when He appears, we may … not be ashamed before Him at His coming. —1 John 2:28
Almost 2000 years ago Jesus Christ won the decisive battle against sin and Satan, through His death and resurrection. Satan did his best to defeat God’s plans, but he could not win against God’s overwhelming power.
Yet the war continues, for although Satan is a defeated foe, he is still alive and does everything he can to block God’s work. But when Christ comes again the war will be over. His victory over evil will be complete, and He will usher in an age in which sin and death will no longer rule, and cruelty and suffering will no longer exist.
For you who believe in Jesus Christ, the future is assured. Tomorrow belongs to you! You await the distant trumpet announcing the coming of Jesus Christ. In the meantime let nothing discourage you. Keep your eyes on Christ and live each day as if He were coming tomorrow. After all, He might!

Believing this for all of His Beloved…
I love that collection, Anna. I used the flip-calendar for years until I gave it away to a women’s shelter. I hope it continued to speak!

Tomorrow??? He might come TODAY!
Thanks Anna for another reminder of the abundance of blessings we have in Christ. No matter what happens, we can never be discouraged, but we know He is still in control; He wants the very best for us and He will undertake.
What an incredibly amazing God!
