I live in northern Arizona with my husband, Rick. I am blessed to say that Rick and I are at the bottom corners of a triangle where Jesus sits at the top corner.
My children, Kathy and Alan, live in the Phoenix area and make this mom’s heart thankful they have grown to be such wonderful and caring adults. Alan married in 2010, so I am also blessed with Denise as a special daughter-in-love.
The Lord took my Mom home in 2007, and I miss her a lot! Here’s Mom showing that loving and special smile.
Here’s a photo of Dad with his girls. It was taken at Disney World on his 80th birthday. The Lord called Dad home in early 2016, but this will always be a wonderful memory for us girls.
Dad lived in Florida, where two of my sisters live. My two other sisters live in the Northeast. God has also blessed me and Rick with a wonderful church family and also a local family: a group of very close-knit friends.
I love to write when I am able, but on the days when I am struggling with health issues and can’t manage much of anything, I can at least crochet. Besides some personal and household items, my current projects in progress include lapghans of various colors and sizes for area rehab centers and nursing homes.

May God be gracious to us and bless us
and make his face shine on us…

P.H., I have absolutely no artistic talent and I truly admire people like you and your sister who are able to capture people, animals and landscapes in such a real and vivid manner. I do crochet quite a lot but my pieces are basic, basic, basic… Thanks so much for stopping by and commenting! Blessings to you both!

Thank you for that very nice compliment. 🙂 My crocheting is very VERY basic as well. 😉 I could probably do it but I just never really feel like taking the time to crochet. My hands are much for comfortable grasping a pencil or petting a dog.
Your welcome and same to you! ^.^

Love your phrase about being the bottom two corners of the triangle with God at the top! I too live with Chronic Illness (CFS). Amazing how many of us there are!

I borrowed the triangle idea from a good friend of ours who described his marriage that way. I’m sorry to hear you also have to deal with CFS, but then like you pointed out, there are a lot of us out there!
Blessings to you!

I want to thank you for your inspiration to us all. In your times of trouble and infliction you teach us to stay focused above and upon the Word of God. No greater message could be found, and no greater testimony had, than to witness for God when we, ourselves, are troubled.
May the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob bless you, your family and friends always.
Yours in Christ;
Michael

You are quite welcome. I am pleased you found my word encouraging…. It is true, that only through our Lord and Savior are we able to meet our daily works and deeds. He is our strength in our hour of need.
Thank you for the blessings, Anna.
Now may the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob bless and keep you and yours. May His face shine upon you and may His light shine brightly in your life…
