I have always enjoyed writing fiction. I love imagining the people who populate my stories, making up their personalities, and thinking about their reactions to certain situations. Picking out my characters’ names always takes a lot of time but is the most fun part of the process for me.

These days God has called me to write devotionals, but my first writing love is still fiction. I began writing when I was young. My favorite gift was a portable typewriter from my parents when I was 10 or 11 years old. I wish I had kept all the stories I wrote over the years, but I’ve only been a ‘keeper’ over the last 20 years. Maybe moving around so much in my life caused me to want to simplify and streamline my life, but I’ve discovered that I really do miss certain things I tossed out before moving to the next place.

To access the stories, you can either hover over or click on the Fiction tab to see the list, then click on the title of the one you want to read. For mobile devices, simply touch the Fiction tab to see the list, then touch the title of the one you’re interested in reading.

I hope you enjoy reading my stories as much as I will enjoy writing them!
